The World Chess Hall of Fame (WCHOF), housed in the historic residence-turned-business located in the vibrant Central West End, is the only cultural institution of its kind in the world that offers visitors an experience that blends centuries of chess history with modern, innovative exhibitions and interactive educational programming. WCHOF features three floors of galleries and the stylish Q Boutique. Directly across Maryland Avenue sits the Chess Club and Scholastic Center of Saint Louis, a sister organization with which WCHOF has partnered to establish Saint Louis as the chess capital of the United States. STL TV host, Steve Potter, sits down with Susan Barrett and Shannon Bailey of the World Chess Hall of Fame to learn about this cultural phenomenon.
