Walking for a Healthy Heart

Spring is finally in the air and it’s time to get out and enjoy this beautiful weather! Sarah chats with Patti Reda, Executive Director at Barnes Jewish Hospital’s Heart and Vascular Center, about this year’s Heart Walk at Busch Stadium. It’s all about raising support for cardiovascular research and educational programs, while promoting walking as part of a heart healthy lifestyle. Over one thousand company and community teams and more than ten thousand walkers participate in the Metro St. Louis Heart Walk. This fun-filled and active event allows participants to choose a one mile or three mile walk route. For more, watch the video below.
