Crime is a major issue in St. Louis. In 2018, the city ranked #4 on a list of top murder capitols using crime data compiled by the FBI. Missouri has the highest black homicide rate in the United States. On this edition of The Issues, host Carol Daniel, focuses on safety in the city and talks with mothers of sons & daughters lost to violence about what they would like to see happen to make St. Louis a safer place to live.
