The West African dance company Afriky Lolo, has brought the traditional dances of Mali, Cote d”Ivoire, Senegal and Ghana to St. Louis. STL TV LIVE host, Sarah Bernard, discusses the West African dance stylings with Executive & Artistic Director, Diadie Bathily, and Youth Dancer, Kyleigh Patrick. The Afriky Lolo’s 12th Annual African Dance Celebration recently joined the forces of Ugandan Kids Choir and Afriky Lolo’s youth companies to showcase a variety of singing and African drumming and choreograpy.
