On today’s episode of STL TV Live host, Sarah Thompson, welcomes Continuity Co-founder, Dan Parris and Mission Video Student, Reggie Thompson, a group that works to grow diversity in media. Continuity believes that diversity in the media, film and broadcasting industries should mirror the diversity of our community. They are accomplishing this by providing skills based training and mentoring that will increase the opportunities of those who are in or entering the field. She learns about why the organization was founded, as well as, how they are working to accomplish this growth.
