This was the second year for Fair St. Louis in Forest Park as the renovations to the arch grounds continue. But there are always loads of things to do this summer in downtown St. Louis. To start the brand new season, Saint Louis Presents hosts, Debbie Monterrey and Steve Potter sit down with City of St. Louis newly elected 7th Ward Alderman, Jack Coatar, to find out what some of those activities are.
