Summer is here and that means time for fun under the sun. STL TV LIVE host, Sarah Thompson, talks with Founder and Executive Director of Lift for Life Academy, Marshall Cohen, about an event where you put your pedal… and your mental… to the metal. It starts and ends on Broadway, where bikers in teams of two create their own courses throughout the city of St. Louis in order to get through six checkpoint obstacles in a race to complete this wild scavenger hunt in just three hours.
