In this all new episode of “Let’s Talk,” the ladies speak with Executive Director of St. Louis Area Diaper Bank, Muriel Smith, about the new booklet “Go With the Flow” which is a guide designed to help first time menstruators learn more about their cycles. In addition to speaking about the booklet, they also discuss the importance of the Diaper Bank and the need to always receive donations because there are many in the community who lack the resources to provide diapers for their babies.
