n this episode of City Corner host, Robin Boyce, finds out more about Diamonds and the Rough. It’s an organization set up to help young girls in East St. Louis. In addition, Robin looks at how a restraining order was used to stop a Facebook user from telling her emotional story on the platform. That order was overturned after the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern District said that kind of legal effort should have not been used.
