Innovative Concept Academy, is a unique school that is currently recruiting STL City & N. County youth, ages 16-24, with a juvenile record (but no adult record) for education training and job help. MERS/Goodwill is one of the school’s partners. Saint Louis Presents host, Debbie Monterrey, sits down with Assistant VP of Program Services, MERS/Goodwill, Esther Williams, and MERS/Goodwill Chief of Program Services, Mark Arens, to talk about the schools dedication to delinquent teens.
