Heating things up in the kitchen this week is The Kitchen Sink’s owner, Chef Anthony Ellerson, Jr. It’s a wonderful restaurant where you can get a variety of good food with a Cajun twist. There’s the Bayou Billy sandwich, Grilled Chicken Breast, St. Loui Cheesteak, Shrimp Po Boy, Corn Fritters, O’Rings, fries, and a whole lot more!
