STL TV LIVE host, Sarah Bernard, hangs out with pop singers Bella and Lily Ibur, and their manager, Robynn Ragland. They are sister singer/songwriters planning to launch a six song recording. The two have played many venues around St. Louis, and they beat out many other high school bands for a prominent spot in one of the biggest music fests in the region.
