St. Louis Surge Defeats Oklahoma Outlaws

Excitement is in the air now that Global Women’s Basketball Association season is upon us. The Surge kicks off their season playing the Oklahoma Outlaws in an exhibition game held on June 12th. The St. Louis Surge was victorious defeating the Oklahoma Outlaws 94-52. The Co-MVPs of the game were Rebecca Harris and Brittany Carter each with 19 pts. The Surge is in the Global Women’s Basketball Association (GWBA). This year the team will play their home games at Fontbonne University.
